More snow is on the way for most of us in Ontario. Environment Canada is predicting up to 20 centimetres in Toronto by Thursday Morning. Are you prepared ?
Here are some driving tips to help you through it;
1. Watch out for black ice.
2. Follow the 4 second rule. Keep a cushion of at least 4 seconds between you and the car in front of you
3. Don’t spin your wheels. If you get stuck, avoid spinning your wheels, you will just dig yourself deeper in. Instead turn your wheel from side to side a few times to try and push the snow away
4. Keep your gas near full. Having your gas tank at least two thirds full will help prevent your fuel line from freezing
5. If you are skidding don’t panic, steer in the direction you want to go.
