I’ve been pretty absent on this account as of late. Between work, new clients, old clients, training for a triathlon, doing my masters, hangin with my dog & family, enjoying the sunshine and EVERYTHING in between, life has been hectic (and I wouldn’t have it any other way)😅

Just wanted to pop on & say hello, I’m still here & so beyond grateful to all of my clients who make my job so much fun❤️‍🔥

A couple people have asked where “more time, more life” came from & I wanted to share a quick story!

A couple months ago, I was working with Joel from . We were brainstorming tag lines for my business & two things I kept coming back to that I hear clients say ALL the time… they want more free time & less time spent feeling like all they do is housework.

That was a tone echoed by many & at a core what my business does for people. It gives people their time back & allows them to enjoy the beauty of living in Squamish- stress free.

I wanted to do a quick little intro about myself & tell you guys a couple things you probably didn’t know about me

💫 I was born & raise in Newfoundland and have lived in Squamish for almost 2 years.

💫 I’m starting my masters in a few short weeks.

💫 I love anything and everything to do with outdoors, fitness and overall wellness.

💫 I absolutely HATE any movie / TV show that’s scary but am obsessed with true crime (riddle me that?)

💫 Helping other people organize their life & sort through things gives me the same gratification as when I do it to my own life.

💫 I’m definitely an extroverted person and LOVE meeting new people, having new connections.
