Sorry for not posting for so long! Life got really busy and with summer vacation coming for the kids, it isn’t showing signs of slowing down any time soon. What a blessing. I’m still learning from my Lion’s Mane so I don’t have much to offer the community yet. But they’re looking better every flush!

The second round of lions Mane fruiting blocks are coming along much better. The one in the middle is looking at me and I’m not sure how I feel about it.

I kinda messed up the first batch of Lions Mane fruiting blocks. But I learned some things and I got enough mushrooms to try out. They taste great!

This is what $367 worth of microgreens looks like. This is what we were able to donate to the food bank this month thanks to our community partner A1 Accounting Group LLP and a number of anonymous donors.

My biggest crop to date just came out of germination!

My Lion’s Mane project is coming along nicely. I’m hoping to have my first harvest in the next 4 weeks and after that they’ll be available fresh every 2 weeks 🙏🙏🙏
