Our annual competition is back this fall with a fresh twist (did you notice the slight change in name - Rumble to RUNble)!
🏃 What to Expect: Prepare yourself for a blend of Running, Weightlifting, CrossFit and Obstable Course racing. This one-day event will feature 3-5 fitness tests each sandwiched between a 1km+ running course, challenging your limits, stamina and team work.

What. A. Day. 💜
To every athlete who challenged themselves, every volunteer who gave their time, every sponsor who supported the event, and every spectator who cheered from start to finish — thank you.
The RUNble has always been about more than workouts. It’s about community, connection, teamwork, overcoming challenges, and creating memories together.
This year, 77 athletes registered for the challenge, supported by an incredible crew of volunteers, sponsors, judges, spectators, and community members who helped make RUNble 2026 our biggest year yet.
A special thank you to Nicole Hills Photography for capturing the moments that make this event so special.

Nicole took over 3,500 photos throughout the day, so please be patient as she works through editing and uploading the full gallery over the coming days and weeks. Be sure to check back regularly as new photos are added.

Meet All Pain, No Gain — Jess Desrosiers & Tim Gabb from CrossFit CL. 😅💜
Jess and Tim first met back in 2016 at the original birthplace of StrongFit and quickly became good friends after discovering a mutual love for potash mining. Both are long-time members of the underground operations department at Allan Potash Mine.
Outside the gym, you’ll usually find them golfing, camping, or at some sort of social gathering.
Together, this duo brings over 30 years of CrossFit experience to the RUNble — and as their team name suggests… there’s apparently been plenty of pain with minimal gain along the way. 😂🔥

Big thanks to Outter Limits Saskatoon for contributing to this year’s RUNble prize pool. 💜
Some lucky athletes will be heading home with gift cards and swag from this awesome local shop — perfect for your next trail run, hike, outdoor adventure, or training day.
We love partnering with community-driven businesses that support local events and celebrate movement in all its forms. 🔥
Thanks for being part of the RUNble community!

Meet Team FON — Michael Linklater & Amari Linklater from CrossFit CL. 💜
This father-son duo is taking on the RUNble together, bringing teamwork, competition, and community to the course.
Many in the CFCL community know Michael for his positivity, leadership, and passion for sport and movement. While life and schedules have shifted his training over the years, he still stays connected to the CrossFit and CFCL community — and this year he’s bringing Amari along for the RUNble ride.
There’s something pretty special about seeing family out there side by side, taking on the challenge together.
We can’t wait to watch Team FON throw down on event day. 🔥

Meet The Chit Chatters — Justis Sittler & Arianna Materi from CrossFit CL. 😅💜
These two met almost a year ago when Arianna came in for Foundations. Jason told Justis he was in charge of helping her through the session… and apparently they talked through the entire class.
Honestly, not much has changed since. Whether Justis is coaching or the two are working out together, the chatting never really stops. 😂
This will be Arianna’s first CrossFit competition and Justis’ first competition back since injury. They’re not entirely sure how it’s all going to go, but they’re excited to take on the challenge together — likely while talking the whole way through it.
