Such a fun night at the annual awards gala. A special congratulations to my former coach Dwayne Yachiw, who coached U18 National Championship winners . Team Wood is the first Saskatchewan team to win the U18 National Championship and was inducted into the Saskatchewan Curling Hall of Fame at the gala.

MLA Warrington and I were honoured to take part in the annual Pleasant Hill Powwow. There were numerous dancers, drummers, veterans, and elders. It was a great opportunity to participate in and learn more about indigenous culture and teachings.

Despite some wind and rain, it was a great day yesterday at for the Carla Beck Regina Invitational Golf Tournament 2026. I was glad to have the equally not-always-a-terrible-golfer .sk as my golf buddy and joining us. Thanks for the staff at Deer Valley for hosting us, all our sponsors and everyone who came out to make it the biggest tournament we've had since 2007.

I had the pleasure of giving remarks at Women in Motion 2026 at . Thanks to for hosting and partners Canada, and @midnight_live_production . Women in Motion celebrates women in sport, business and leadership. Naturally, as a woman in sport myself, I had to rock my amateur curling Team Saskatchewan jacket. The event marks the return of the ITF World Tennis Tour 2026 to the Saskatoon Riversdale Badminton and Tennis Club, the only Professional Women's Tennis tournament in Western Canada. It was an inspiring evening hearing from athletes, businesswomen and leaders on how they are excelling in their field and breaking barriers.

I had the opportunity to join MLAs Grewal, Senger and Wotherspoon on a tour through Saskatchewan's biotechnology ecosystem and innovation pipeline, learning about the work of Ag-West Bio, Global Institute for Food Security, the Global Agri-Food Advancement Partnership and the Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre. We are incredibly lucky to have such valuable industry resources right here in Saskatchewan.

Congratulations to Montgomery Place on celebrating 80 years this past weekend. Montgomery Place was settled by veterans returning from the Second World War and later the Korean War. Montgomery residents continue to honour the legacy of service that is woven throughout the neighborhood.
