Celtic Strings

Performing traditional music from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England! The instruments included in both ensembles are the violin, viola, cello and double bass.

The Celtic Strings are based in Saskatoon, SK and comprised of two brand-new orchestras, The Junior and Senior Celtic Strings. We perform traditional folk music from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England including lively jigs and reels. We rehearse on a weekly basis and play regularly in the community.
