A chewy 6 oz peanut butter cookie loaded with peanut butter chips, stuffed and topped with marshmallows, pretzel pieces for an added salty crunch, and toasted to perfection. Sweet, salty, and stole the last drops of sanity I had left! But it's here and it's delicious 😋

Sourdough Granola!

I have been working on this one behind the scenes for a little while and I am so happy to say Sourdough Granola will be available in stand moving forward.

Flavours will rotate. The goal being one option with nuts, and one option without.

I have been having fun with candied maple syrup pecans using our smokey maple syrup for the maple pecan flavour.

For nut free this week, I used Healthy Crunch Fruit & Seed mix, Chocolate Cherry Sundae flavour. I went with this option versus mixing my own blends because these blends are made in a (top 11) allergen free facility. I know my home is NOT allergen free, but if I can make these separate from the nut mix (or any nut in general), they should stay relatively safe for nut allergies, dairy, soy, eggs, etc. I absolutely do my best to accommodate - however please note I cannot guarantee anything.

What flavours do you like in your granola? Fruity? Sweet? Nutty? Chocolate? Let's hear it!

Do you ever find it weird that in a grocery store, every egg is the exact same size in every large (or medium, extra large, etc) carton? When in reality, eggs are always a bit different. The same girl here lays a slightly different egg every time.

And obviously, different chickens lay different eggs, however - variety is a good thing!

On the left - sorry ma'am! that one is the equivalent to a 10 lb baby.

Middle - our standard size egg for the majority of our layers.

Right - a little fairy egg. sometimes a new layer, sometimes a little oopsy egg. always adorable none the less.

Oh. And did you know your egg whites are not supposed to be thick and frosty looking? lol that means your store eggs are OLD. Our egg whites here are always fresh, thin/watery and see through!
