Just realized i never shared the bathroom transformation from my other unit.
•Changed the normal door to a pocket door to make for more room
•Complete shower reno
•Added a fan
•New flooring
•Paint job
Few other things but i think you guys get the point! Its a super small space but had to make the most of it 👷🏼

Demo day at the ancient rental, finding some odd features to the place…walls weren’t insulated, some plugs were wired but not connected to power, some animals must have been nesting in the ceiling, and this subfloor for some reason has 2 layers of plywood on it. The joys of owning an old building 🤷🏼‍♂️

A little bit of transformation for the kitchen / dining room / hallway area at the pad! 👊🏼 Its been a busy couple months getting this place all setup and ready to rent but we’re finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! 👀 Few more tranformation posts to come, but this is the first i decided to share!

Nice aluminum railing installed at some families house just in time for winter on the fresh new deck! Time for a campfire and some brewskis!

Fun exterior job to start off the summer! Siding, soffit and facia replaced on the top level at the back. Been working on the rest of the house the past few weeks including building a front porch will have more pics when it’s complete! Always nice to learn a new skill 👊🏼

Wow feels like Christmas was yesterday and now spring is coming up on us fast! 🏃🏼‍♂️ That being said I am now taking orders for garden boxes for the spring! The most common size that I’ve built is 4’ by 8’ but I am glad to take any custom shapes & sizes! I have built some with recycled wood (skids or pallets) and I have also made some with pressure treated wood. But cedar is another option that I have to offer as well! So for those of you looking to expand your garden this year shoot me a DM and we can workout a deal! 👊🏼 And feel free to share with others as well who are looking to do the same!

Alrightyyy, finally wrapped up this big basement reno and it feels like a huge accomplishment. • Shower installation • Stairs flooring installation • Minor closet build with doors, shelf and rod • drop ceiling • LVP flooring installation along with trim • and all that other stuff that’s hidden like insulation and framing behind the drywall • we basically did it all on this one except for the electrical and plumbing, and it feels good to be done! Next up, chicken coop and a few other things on a farm! Bring it on!

Finished up this job on Friday • two bathroom renos, both with new flooring, trim and vanity • flooring continuing out of the main floor bathroom into the main entrance and flowing out into the kitchen • little messy when there’s 5 kids running around in the evenings when we’re not there 😆 as you can tell with the pile shoes in the front, but the main thing is that the job is done, the clients are happy, and I get to share my work 👊🏼

Window installation today. Replacing the 30 year old ones with new ones definitely makes a nice change to the outside of a house! Be back here do to a smaller one upstairs soon! 🛠
