My boyfriend and I bought this old bread box at a thrift store a few weeks ago. It was pretty dirty and the colour was a bit dated, but I'm loving how it looks after a quick sanding and some cherrywood stain! 👩🏻‍🎨🍞🖌

Last fall, I had this idea for a painting I wanted to make for my dad and I was finally able to give it to him for his birthday a few weeks ago! This is probably the first time I kept so much documentation on my creative
process (which is saying something since I took a class called "Creative Processes" in college), and it it's been really interesting to see how it's progressed over time.

First off is this mostly complete painting I've been sporadically working on forever! Still trying to decide if I want to add whales or a boat or something on the left side, but I'm pretty proud of how the rest turned out. :)

Happy New Year everyone!

Golly, it's been over two years since I lasted posted in here! Where does the time go?

I'm full of ideas for things I want to do this year! I've got some new stuff in the works and some old stuff I haven't shown off yet, so hopefully I'll get that up over the next few weeks.

So stick around and check it out! Here's to staying inspired this year and maybe growing this page a little. :)

This was a bit of a struggle for me while I tried to remember my way around a camera (what is shutter speed anyways?!), but it's been a pleasure taking pictures for this amazing band! Check them out!
