In partnership with the Renfrew Food Bank, we’re kicking off our Toys & Food Drive starting November 29!

Bring new unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items to any home game for the rest of the year and help us support families in our community this holiday season.

HELP WANTED – GROWLERS DEN CANTEEN 🐾

Location: MY FM Centre – Renfrew

The Growlers Den Canteen is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic persons to join our team!

This customer-facing role includes:

Greeting and serving customers of all ages

Preparing and serving food and beverages

Selling team merchandise and handling cash transactions

Stocking supplies and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Assisting with setup, prep, and event support

We’re looking for individuals who:

Are available for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts (various shifts available)

Enjoy working with a variety of clients and age groups

Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Are friendly, organized, and take pride in great customer service

If you enjoy working with the public and being part of a fun, community-driven atmosphere — this is the job for you!

This Thanksgiving weekend, we’re feeling extra thankful for all of you — our amazing fans, families, and friends who make The Growlers Den the heart of rink nights in Renfrew.

Thank you for filling our space with energy, laughter, and hometown pride — whether you’re stopping by for a hot, cheesy slice of pizza, one of our classic rink hot dogs, or a big bag of fresh-popped popcorn. You bring the fun, and we love being part of your game-day tradition!

We’re so grateful for our incredible staff, who keep the food tasty and the smiles coming, and for our Renfrew community, whose support means everything to us. You’re the reason The Den feels like home.

Please note — we’ll be closed on Monday so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families, but we’ll be back and ready to serve you Tuesday!

Our Ben MacMurchy is the public address announcer at both teams' home games, and his wife Shannon is the DJ. We hope you'll join us this Friday, September 26th, 7:30pm at the myFM Centre, for the Jr A Wolves' home opener! The Wolves will face off against the Cornwall Colts... GO WOLVES GO!

In Junior B, the Timberwolves picked up their first win of the regular season last night, defeating Carleton Place 6-4; T-Wolves goaltender Dawson Zadorozny earned the W with 12 saves on 16 shots, Preston Charron had a three-point night, scoring a goal and adding two assists, plus it was the first EOJHL victory for head coach Will Watson! The Timberwolves host the Perth Blue Wings this Sunday night (Sept 28th) at 7pm.

The jerseys are sewn, the namebars are stitched, and the ice is ready.

Tomorrow night, the Wolves hit the ice to begin the battle.

Led by Captain Tal Stevenson, this year’s roster is built with heart, grit, and determination. From fresh new faces to seasoned leaders, every player is ready to wear the Wolves crest with pride.
