Darby joins us as a Personal Insurance Client Executive, and if there's one thing you need to know about her, it's this: when Darby says she's got it handled, she's got it handled. She's dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making insurance simple and stress-free for every client she works with.

Born and raised in Innisfail, AB, Darby brings a team-first mentality from her years playing competitive softball (including two years playing college ball in Washington, USA!) straight into how she shows up for clients every day. Outside of work, you'll find her on the golf course, out camping, or spending time with family and friends.

Raquel joins us as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, bringing decades of insurance experience with her — and an energy that's contagious. She's warm, enthusiastic, and always ready to rally around her clients to help them move forward with confidence.

When she's not at work, Raquel loves traveling to hot beach locations, getting a bit of wind therapy on her motorbike with her husband, and spoiling her deaf bulldog Gus (whose baby blues let him get away with everything). With two grown sons, she's excited to be stepping into this next chapter as an almost-empty nester!
