Mint Sauce

I love mint sauce on lamb and potatoes.
All you need:
Freshly picked mint leaves
Vinegar (at least 5% acidity)
Sugar to taste.
Sterilized jar to store it in.

I also dry mint leaves to put in a dried herb mix I use as a feed supplement for my chickens in winter.

Fresh rhubarb. What can I make (that's not jam or pie)?
