👊At Sports Evolution we are committed to the growth and development of each athlete but before all of that what truly matters is the environment we train in. The space, the mentorship and the friendships created among us and the athletes over the off season. Building Athletic Movement Patterns 💪🔥
These athletes are working through multi-directional lunges and rotational movements that develop balance, coordination, stability, and lower-body strength.
Training movements like these at a young age helps athletes learn how to control their bodies, generate power, and move efficiently in every direction. With any sport, the ability to stop, start, change direction, and stay balanced is what separates good athletes from great ones.
We’re not just building strength—we’re building better movers, better competitors, and more complete athletes.

Our focus is simple, making each other better, stronger, and more confident for next season. Having a plan, setting goals, and believing in the work is where it all starts.
Following a structured program, learning proper technique, and having us here at Sports Evolution pushing you that extra mile goes a long way in off-season development.
The best part is building new friendships along the way, being leaders, working together, competing together, and pushing each other toward new goals this summer.
Before training even began, we asked every athlete what their goals were. Now we’re locked in and ready to help them achieve them.

The window of opportunity opens with the effort you choose to put in.
Today, it’s not enough to just show up to practice and games. The players who separate themselves are the ones putting in the work away from the rink — building strength, improving speed, developing mobility, sharpening skills, and learning how to train properly.
Hockey is faster than ever. Stronger than ever. More competitive than ever.

If you want to stay lean and fast all season.
YOU have to take control of your training. Nobodys gonna do it for you.
✅️3 lifts a week= Strength doesn't drop.
✅️Sprint, jumps,and weight work= Speed stays sharp.
✅️Daily mobility= Less soreness, more flexibility, and fewer injuries.
✅️Smart Fueling= Fresh legs and locked in focus.
This isn't extra.
It's what it takes to perform when others are breaking down.
Your coach controls practice.
But you control how you recover, fuel, and train outside to improve your game.

💯💯 The window of opportunity at every age in Quesnel is all around us. It starts when the mind is mentally ready to improve!
Most athletes fall off because they lack structure. No schedual, no accountability. No time management.
And that's what exactly separates the serious from the average.
They miss "one work out". Then it's three.
They say their too busy. They wait until they "feel like it" and never show up.
📌If it's not scheduled. It's not reel
📌If it's not tracked. It’s not serious.
📌If it'ss not CONSISTENT, you will never see improvement.
If your athlete is serious about their sport and don't have accountability. Don't be surprised when the gap between them and others grows apart.
We are here to help build athletes at every age to improve them selfs and create opportunity towards LIFE-LONG dreams!!

Every August athletes are all pushing for the same goal. To make a sports team.
They look around and see athletes who are well conditioned and mentally prepared. Talent only gets you so far.
The summer isn't about doing "enough."
It's about doing what actually prepares you and sets you apart from the 100's of other athletes chomping at the bit to make that team. If you coasted through the off-season without intensity, that gap starts showing now in tempo, in reaction, in confidence, and in front of the coaching staff.
The players who rise in August didn't "get lucky." They trained like it mattered in May, June, and July!
For us here at Sports Evolution, we want to make sure local athletes are physically and mentally prepared to show the coaching staff what they got come try outs!!

Most athletes make this mistake:
They think practice is enough.
But heres the truth practice is not enough!! You might get some great reps in, but it's still not enough.
It's not where:
✅️Your weaknesses get fixed.
✅️Your speed & strength get built.
✅️Your confidence gets sharpened.
The best athletes?
They work outside of practice.
They lift, they recover, they get more explosive, they condition, and they jump ahead of everyone else.
And by the time camps or tryouts come. They're already standing out and turning heads!!
If you're relying only on practice to improve.. you're already behind.
Sports Evolution Training is an environment where athletes put in extra work with a structured plan to be the best and improve!!

We dont just train athletes- we care about them as well.👏👏
Another win for a local athlete that trained with Sports Evolution all summer.
This Quesnel product will be playing for the Prince George U17 hockey team this season. Watching him grow all summer and improve his strength and conditioning is exactly why we do this!
When an athlete and coach can see that your game has improved through the off-season, it builds confidence and future success!!
