It was 11:34 PM on December 23rd, 2010.
The night before Christmas Eve.
I had just launched a $7,500 program online—with zero modules recorded. No funnel. No email list. Just a bold idea, a landing page, and one post on social media.
Even my mom looked at me sideways, silently asking, “Who’s going to pay that much to work with you?”
Honestly?
I didn’t know either.
I gave myself an out:
“If less than 4 people say yes, I’ll refund them and call it a learning experience.”

Let’s talk numbers.
If you want to make $1,000,000 per year and take 10 weeks off (because who doesn’t?), that leaves 42 working weeks.
Let’s say you want to work 25 hours a week.
$1,000,000 ÷ 42 ÷ 25 = $952.38 per hour
