A new health Journey update video, now with more dancing grannies and sword dancers!

I haven't done much cycling in the last few months. I will try to make this a weekly thing. On the weekend, I cycled around the Wangjing subdistrict of Chaoyang District in Beijing.

Please let me know how you like this kind of video. It's a bit long, but I think it's a pretty unique view of Beijing. I will try to keep it up and try different routes and sites. It was a hard cycle, and I felt utterly wasted after, but that's good right? haha

The new health journey video is out. Gotta keep going, gotta go steady. This is a long-term lifestyle change!! I will lose weight, I will be healthy, I will live to spend my life with Bonny, and be there for Arthur as long as possible!!

Taking Arthur to School November 2024 Just a tiny slice of our lives. Taking Arthur to school and then walking home.

Having a full time job, being an active parent trying to balance my own health and work on a project like this is, challenging to say the least. With Arthur sick the last week and a half my normal time for working on my projects when he is in bed for the night has been cut in half. I really want to release my video about spring festival before the end of the month and work on more blog and podcast posts, but real life takes priority.

I hope people are enjoying my content and look forward to more!

I am working on a new video for YouTube about the Spring Festival/Chinese New Year. This is an exciting learning journey and challenge I have given myself.

I am trying to do a Blog post, a podcast episode every couple of weeks, and a youtube video at least once a month. I am learning about audio editing, writing an interesting blog and video editing. It's been a lot of fun but challenging, haha. I hope you enjoy my content.
