I lost my parents to addiction at a young age. I walked that same path for many years… drinking, later I got into drugs, just trying to survive, my emotions, to bury them.

But I made a choice.

I chose to break the cycle.

Now I’m almost 9 years sober.
I’m a mother, an indigenous creator, a business owner… and I’m still healing, still growing every single day.
