Another front yard transformed. The goal on this one was drainage — water wasn't moving the way it needed to, so we worked with the client to map out a plan that solved the problem and refreshed the look of the property at the same time.

We trenched along the curb-side and continued through onto the neighbor's lawn to get water moving properly, working carefully around the shallow electricity service line running through the site. The front yard surface was stripped, landscape fabric laid down, and the whole area finished in river rock. A new paver zone and a fresh triangle of grass roll tied it all together.

The result: a yard that finally drains the way it should, with a clean, low-maintenance finish the client is happy with. Thanks to Frank next door for the cooperation on the trench, and to the client for trusting us through the small overruns to get it done right.

Another full-property lawn project wrapped up. The scope covered five separate sections: two on the front lawn, one along the north side, and two more in the back — totaling 2,805 square feet of fresh new sod across the property.

To get every section properly prepped and finished to the same standard, we brought in 8.5 cubic yards of material. From the largest stretch in the backyard down to the smaller pockets in the front, every area was leveled, prepped, and laid with care.

The result is a clean, uniform green look from front to back, the kind of full-property refresh that completely changes how a home feels. Always satisfying to step back at the end of a job like this and see it all come together.
