Making a super sweet cake for a one year old! I did get the name wrong but fixed it with a simple adjustment. Swipe to see the full cake and the review! This was a 7 inch 3 layer Red Velvet with Cream cheese buttercream filling and Swiss meringue frosting, with fondant decor. Using colors as always!

A delicious surprise for a 65th birthday! My take on the viral long cake.
Vanilla cake with whipped white chocolate ganache and strawberry filling. Soft, creamy, fruity and fresh!
