Having started in 2013 as a Free Comic Day program, the Owen Sound Mini Con (OSMiCon) is an annual event for comic lovers of all ages! It is hosted by the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library, with the help of a team of spectacular, dedicated volunteers.
