Forgiveness is for you, remember that.

Just because you forgive doesn’t mean you need to reconnect.

5 Simple Things You Can Do After Work to Relieve Stress 💛

We often think we need a vacation, a spa day, or a major life change to feel better.

Sometimes, what we really need is a few intentional moments to reconnect with ourselves.

✨ Take a short walk and get some fresh air.
✨ Put your phone down for 30 minutes.
✨ Spend quality time with someone you love.
✨ Move your body in a way that feels good.
✨ End the day by reflecting on three things you’re grateful for.

The goal isn’t to eliminate stress completely. It’s to create small daily habits that help you return to yourself.

Because a calmer mind creates a happier life.

Dear June,

Please be nice.

May already set the bar pretty high with all its celebrations, and enough emotions to last me until Christmas. 😂

I’m walking into June with a grateful heart, a full camera roll, and a husband I’m still getting used to calling my husband. ❤️

Here’s to sunshine, adventures, laughter, good health, and making memories we’ll be talking about for years.

June, I’m ready for you… but maybe let’s keep the surprises on the fun side. ☀️

FYI … Peter’s huge reception hit🎉.. Popeye Candy Sticks … (iykyk) ( no we are not smoking 🙄)

Happy June everyone!

Kalo Mina 💙🤍💙

Before May leaves, I just want to say… thank you. 🌸

This month gave me Mother’s Day, my birthday, my name day, and this year… my wedding.

And here’s a fun little fact: 39 years ago, in May, Peter and I first met.

I guess it’s true what they say about being a “Girl of May.” This month has always been a little magical for me.

So I’m ending it with a grateful heart, beautiful memories, and a lot of love.

Thank you, May. You’ve been good to me. ❤️

And June …. I’m ready for whatever blessings you bring. ❤️🙏🌸

When was the last time you took a break… without feeling guilty about it? 🤔

We live in a world that celebrates being busy, but your mind, body, and relationships need something different.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step away.

A 5-minute walk.
A coffee on the patio.
A few deep breaths.
A quick phone call to someone you love.
A laugh with a friend.
A hug from your partner.
A moment of connection with your children.

These small “micro-breaks” aren’t distractions—they’re investments in your well-being.

✨ They help reduce stress.
✨ Improve focus and creativity.
✨ Boost energy levels.
✨ Support your physical health.
✨ Strengthen the relationships that matter most.

The truth is, we weren’t designed to run at full speed all day. Our minds need moments of recovery, and our hearts need moments of connection.

So here’s a question for you:

What does a healthy micro-break look like in your life?

Is it stepping outside for fresh air?
Listening to your favourite song?
Calling a loved one?
Sharing a meal with family?
Or simply sitting quietly for a few moments?

Your next breakthrough, great idea, or moment of peace may be waiting on the other side of a short pause.

💭 Tell me in the comments: What is your favourite way to recharge during the day?

This morning, I was surprised with breakfast in bed. ☕️🥐🤍

A simple gesture. Nothing extravagant.

But it got me thinking about something important in relationships...

Love is often found in the little things.

The cup of coffee made before you’re awake. The text checking if you got there safely. The favorite snack picked up on the way home. The blanket placed over you when you’ve fallen asleep on the couch.

The challenge is that we don’t all give and receive love in the same way.

What feels meaningful to one person may go completely unnoticed by another.

The more we understand our own love language—and the love language of the people we care about—the less likely we are to miss the love that’s right in front of us.

Sometimes love isn’t hiding.

Sometimes it’s sitting beside us, holding a cup of coffee, hoping we’ll recognize it.

Two weeks married today... and I’m still learning that the little things are often the big things. 🤍
