I didn’t have a big frame,
but like most young guys,
I wanted to get jacked. So 9 years ago
I picked up my first pair of 25lbs dumbbells.
Back then I always pictured standing beside my girl with the kind of build that speaks for itself — strong enough to throw her over my shoulder if I had to…
Not like I was losing sleep over it —
it was just a thought that stuck.
A fun idea that ended up kickstarting my fitness journey.

At first, I had no clue what I was doing.
But day by day, things started to shift.
I got stronger.
I looked better.
And I started feeling like someone new.
My goal evolved —
from chasing size
to building real strength and capability.
Ironically, it was that mindset shift
that helped me build the physique I used to dream about.
Strength fed the muscle.
The muscle reinforced my identity.

Eventually, I became that guy who works out.
But more importantly, I became someone people came to for help.
That’s when I realized — this journey is better when it’s shared.

Now I coach because I’ve seen what’s possible.

How long have you been training?
📸9 Years Later… and 135 LBS->180LBS, still going Strong
This month marks 9 years since I first stepped into the gym.
Back in May 2016, I was just a skinny guy who wanted to put on a little size—just enough to fill out my frame.
I remember seeing guys pressing 50s like it was nothing. Meanwhile, I was starting out with 20s and 25s, thinking, “Damn.. imagine lifting that someday.
But step by step, rep by rep, I got stronger—25s turned into 30s, then 40s, and the momentum never stopped, I got way stronger than I could have ever imagined… not even in my wildest dreams.
As my strength grew, my physique followed,. My training evolved into a classic powerbuilding style—strength first, aesthetics followed, and somewhere along the way… I got hooked.
From day one to now, I’ve loved every second of this journey. And I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!
