This was a tricky situation. The customer has just applied a vinyl matte wrap known to be easily scratched. To adapt to this, I have modified my techniques by using a garden hose instead of a pressure washer to ensure the safety of the wrap. This approach is suitable for the situation since pressure washing can be too harsh on delicate wrap material and lead to damages. By using a gentler garden hose, I am taking necessary precautions to protect the wrap.
