We start some Korean Seasonal Menu for this Summer.

1. SuJeongGwa
It's a Korean cinnamon punch made from cinnamon, ginger, and dates

2. Kong-Guksu
is a seasonal Korean noodle dish served in a cold soy milk broth. Topped with tomato and egg.
*Noodle made from rice

3. Dak Gomtang
is a soothing and clear Korean chicken soup made by simmering chicken thigh with garlic and onions until tender.

4. DuTeop tteok (rice cake)
is a variety of royal court tteok. Made from steamed glutinous rice, filled with variety nuts.

Lunch Special is coming!!
We will start Lunch special from tomorrow (Mar 16, Monday)

Choice of Main:
Bulgogi / Chicken / Pork / Seafood / Squid / Galbi jjim (pork short rib)

The Main serve with ruce jabchae (stir-fried sweet potato noodles with veggies), tofu pudding, and randomly side dishes

Seasonal menu begins 📣

New Seasonal menu for Feb.
* Tteok guk(rice cake soup)
Home-made beef broth with thinly sliced rice cake, beef, onion, and mushrooms. Topped with the sliced eggs, green onion, and seaweed.
Served with home-made kimchi

* Tteok mandu guk(rice cake soup /w mandu)
Home-made beef broth with thinly sliced rice cake, pork mandy, beef, mushrooms, and onion. Topped with the sliced eggs, green onion, and seaweed.

It's a traditional Korean dish eaten during the celebration of the Korean New Year.
Eating tteokguk on New Year's Day is traditionally believed to grant good luck for the year and confer a year of age.

Bulgogi stew!!
Made with bulgogi (marinated beef), sweet potato noodle, and mushrooms.
Served with rice and two side dish.
