Our verdict? If you love character and materials that get better with age — absolutely.

Unlike coated finishes, unlacquered brass is designed to change over time. It starts warm and polished, then develops a natural patina with use, touch, humidity and time. No two spaces age exactly the same.

Alta Vista Project Update: A major milestone reached: the addition is officially watertight!

The walls are up, the windows are in and the roof is on, bringing this project one step closer to becoming a finished space. With the building envelope complete, we can now move forward with the next phases of construction while keeping the interior protected from the elements.

It’s always exciting to see a project take shape and this one is no exception. Stay tuned.

Alta Vista Project Update: We’re framing and there’s something incredibly satisfying about framing days!
