YOGA 101
Hatha and Yin Yoga classes taught with relaxation and mindfulness. Wednesday night a fusion of Yin Yoga and Hatha from 6:30 to 7:30.
Currently teaching at Base Gagetown gym every Tuesday (Hatha), and Thursday (Yin) from 12:10 to 12:50.
