Created after a customer mentioned her kids loved the cheddar but weren’t quite sold on the jalapeños. 😉
So here it is—everything you love about our Jalapeño Cheddar loaf, minus the heat.
Sharp cheddar folded into slow-fermented artisan sourdough for a rich, savory loaf with a golden crust and cheesy pockets throughout.

Not all bread is created equal. 🍞
Traditional sourdough is made with simple ingredients and a slow fermentation process that creates incredible flavor and texture. Depending on the recipe and slice size, one slice can provide around 3–5g of protein.
How do you enjoy your sourdough? Toasted with butter, avocado, eggs, or something sweet?
Here I’ve topped my cinnamon sugar sourdough with sliced banana, drizzled with honey, sprinkled with chia seeds, h**p seeds and cinnamon 😋 = 11g protein

Ever wondered if your sourdough starter needs daily attention?
The good news is that if you’re only baking once a week (or even less often), storing your starter in the fridge is a great option. The cooler temperature slows fermentation, meaning fewer feedings while keeping your starter happy until your next bake.

HOW TO SLICE SOURDOUGH ✨
A few simple tips to get the perfect slice every time:
• Let your loaf cool completely before cutting
• Use a sharp serrated bread knife
• Gentle sawing motion > pressing down
• Turn the loaf on its side for thinner sandwich slices
• Store cut-side down on the counter to keep it fresh longer 🤍
A good loaf deserves a good slice.
