We’re grateful to have partnered with Avenir Developments on this journey. Their collaboration, commitment, and team spirit helped bring this project to life in a way we’re incredibly proud of.

The Cascade Lounge at our Edgewater project, located just off the dance floor, blends natural materials, warm wood tones, and soft textiles to create an inviting, well-balanced space.

A striking forest green mural wallcovering anchors the room and complements the lounge seating, while a real wood fireplace hearth adds warmth and a rich, tactile element that grounds the design.
