Which one is your favourite?!
The last one was the toughest painting for me! I felt so much pressure to end the collection on a high note. Long story short: I painted 30 daisies on day 30 on my 30th birthday, and daisies are my birth month flower πΌ
Iβm still sort of in disbelief that I painted all these in 30 days. Iβm really happy with this collection overall, and very proud of completing the challenge!
Iβm excited to say that all 30 original paintings will be available on my shop on Sunday, May 3rd, 7:00 pm EST!
Thank you for your support!

30 daisies for 30 days and 30 years πΌβ¨
I have so much to say about this challenge. But for now, I want to say 2 things:
Thank YOU for following along. The support and encouragement is appreciated more than you know! It feels good to share my art and little bits and pieces of me. Thank you for watching, listening, reading, responding - all the things π
Also, Iβm proud of myself π₯². This was one of the biggest projects Iβve undertaken - if not the biggest. And completing it feels like a huge win. The best birthday gift to myself. π₯°
Iβm not done painting and sharing, so I hope youβre not sick of me yet π. Iβm so excited to see whatβs beyond 30!!
Stay tuned for more painting, and a shop announcement ππ

Peaches & daises for day 29! ππΌ
This one might be my favourite π. It brings me joy when I look at it, especially when the sun hits!
Day 29/30!

I started with some paint blobs, not allowing myself to overthink the outcome but just enjoy the process! I first thought I would use black ink, but I started with the marker and loved the colour and contrast this way much better!
This one taught me itβs okay to experiment and play around - you might just discover something you really like! And Iβve been loving the mixed media! βοΈ

Day 26/30!

Art shouldnβt be rushed, but in the spirit of this challenge, I was curious to see how quickly I could finish a painting.
I started a timer without knowing what to paint and ended up painting the first thing I saw - a magnet from my travels to Amsterdam (I was there exactly 2 years ago!). We did a bike tour, which was beautiful! But ended very cold and rainy π
Anyway, this painting helped me get out of my head, make quick decisions, and enjoy the process! π

An unexpected combination π·π«
Thinking of what other two random things I could paint together π€
I sketched and painted this one from still life instead of a photograph, which I really enjoyed. It allows a bit more freedom and also challenges my perception and understanding of composition and lighting.
Day 24/30!

Wake up sleepy head! π
I needed to create something unserious and carefree. No sketch template, just paint to paper. And why not add some glitter to your morning coffee? β¨
Oh, also, remember this song from 2020? It reminds me of being at home during lockdown π
Ok, that is all. Happy Sunday! βοΈ

The world is a better place with you in it.
This piece felt like it was unfinished. I mentioned in my reel that it felt a little flat (the colours, not the earth π) and was missing some texture.
I was just about to post this as is. But as I chose the song, this phrase popped into my head - whenever you may be, lβm so glad youβre here.
I think this painting is better with the words. And I think the world is a better place with you in it.

Nature has always been my greatest source of inspiration for making art, especially photography. Iβve been picking up my camera a bit more lately and have a little project planned for these baby ferns π¨
