Another great reason to have your home inspected before purchase…

This week we discovered a leaking bathtub, and the ceiling below it is wet but was not visible to the naked eye! We could only identify the soaked ceiling with thermal imaging.

At FS-Inspection we are prepared for all and are equipped with thermography.

We cannot see through walls yet but this will definitely help to identify any leaking bathtubs. 😁

Here is an example of floor joists that were painted to hide evidence of a past fire.

Only a seasoned inspector would detect this. I knew by scraping these that I would discover charred wood behind the paint 😉
