Still trying to process the fact that I got to meet and be in the same room as the crew of Artemis II 🌕
Getting to meet the four astronauts who journeyed around the Moon was surreal !!! They have seen parts of the far side of the moon never before directly viewed by humans 👁️!!!
As someone who grew up obsessed with science and becoming more and more interested in space, it’s hard to explain what it felt like. One of those moments where your inner child is just screaming internally the entire time.
Thank you .sam for the opportunity to work together on such an incredible milestone in Canadian history 💗💗💗💗💗

Here’s how I research personal questions when I want scientifically backed answers.
As a scientist, I use PACR to quickly review research papers, explore evidence, and make more informed decisions without spending hours in PubMed.
Perfect for students, researchers, and curious minds who want evidence based answers.

spilling the beans on my ADHD diagnosis
I went with .official to get an ADHD diagnosis and treatment in Canada 🇨🇦 because it was the cheapest and fastest option I could find when I researched
Let me know if you have any questions about the process !

This year, I’m taking part in the Give a Breath 5 KM Run/Walk in Montreal in support of lung cancer research 💙
I’m doing this in honour of my dad, and to support lung cancer research, advocacy, and care for families affected by this disease.
If you would like to support, donations of any amount truly mean a lot, you check the L!nk in b!o or comment LUNG to get a DM
If you’d like to participate yourself, you can join Team Belliveau from anywhere across Canada, either in person or virtually 💗
I’ve already reimbursed 2 team registration spots (out of 5) and I’m so grateful for everyone who has joined and supported already.
Thank you for being part of this with me.

Most people don’t think about antibiotic resistance when they’re at the grocery store… but maybe we should.
Antibiotic resistance happens when bacteria evolve to survive the medicines designed to kill them. One of the biggest drivers is the overuse and misuse of antibiotics, including in food production.
That’s why small choices matter.
Choosing options like Prime Chicken Raised Without Antibiotics is one way to support more responsible practices and help reduce unnecessary antibiotic use in our food system.

from your lab big sister 💗
When I first shared my poster tips online, a ton of people loved them, but I also got a lot of comments saying they were ‘too busy.’
Seeing them on a small screen doesn’t help, compared to a 3x4ft poster in person
Every graph had a purpose, and the text was designed to guide the story, not overwhelm it. I kept the same layout across multiple conferences and ended up winning several best poster awards throughout my PhD.
There’s no one-size-fits-all in research communication, clarity matters more than minimalism.
I turned my exact poster layout into a free template. Comment ‘POSTER’ and I’ll send it to you. Don’t forget to read the instructions for sizing & presentation tips 🌸
don’t be fooled I was having anxiety attacks the whole week prior
