BEST PHO IN MONTREAL? 🍜🔥

We went back to one of our favorite Vietnamese spots… I Am Pho (downtown) and it still hits every time.

Start with the spring rolls (BIG + addictive with their homemade sauce) and save room for the main event…

🍜 Pho with beef short ribs (fall-off-the-bone tender)
🍢 Beef skewers & imperial rolls
🍚 Grilled meat rice plates

That broth is rich, savory, and tastes like home. And yes… Vietnamese parents approved ✔️

Don’t skip the drinks and dessert:
☕ Vietnamese iced coffee
🌈 Three-color dessert

They’ve got 10+ locations around Montreal, so you’re never too far from a good bowl.

HIDDEN MAZEMEN GEM IN MONTREAL 🍜🔥

We might have just found one of the best mazemen spots in Montreal and it’s called Kotora Ramen.

If you’ve never tried mazemen before, it’s a dry ramen with no broth. Instead, you mix thick chewy noodles with rich sauces, toppings, and egg for a crazy flavor bomb.

Our favorites:
🍜 Tonkotsu Mazemen
🥩 Beef Sukiyaki Mazemen

The noodles were thick, perfectly chewy, and packed with flavor once everything was mixed together.

They also serve regular ramen, but honestly… the mazemen is the real star here.

📍 Kotora Ramen - 1909 Mont-Royal Ave E, Montreal, Quebec H2H 1J3

RAMEN CRAVINGS SATISFIED 🍜🔥

We finally tried Ramen Misoya in Montreal and WOW… they did not disappoint.

We started with karaage chicken and takoyaki (super fresh and perfectly crispy), then moved on to their ramen bowls.

What we love here is that you can choose from different miso soup bases and even customize your own bowl.

We built ours with pork, chicken, tofu, and corn and the pork was insanely tender. One bowl was enough to leave us completely full.

Our son couldn’t make it with us, so we ordered one to go and it was still delicious when he had it later.

If you’re craving ramen in Montreal, this spot is definitely worth trying.

They’re also hosting a Ramen Food Wars event this Sunday, March 8, so check it out if you’re a ramen fan 👀
