I see that I've been getting many visits to this page and even a few new likes, yet I have not posted anything on this page for over 18 months. Maybe it's time I start posting again.

Secret Pop Up event on Aug 19th. for location, clues and info go to La Lique des Cocqueteliens du Quebec Page. Great event, signature cocktails at a great price, DJ, great atmosphere.
Most people post on facebook to talk about themselves or to promote events for their benefits and I must admit I fall in that group at times. But on this page, the Natale Bartending page, where people like it because of common interest and that is bartending and cocktails, it disappoints me to see so little participation. The latest contest, designed to stimulate your creativity has only received one cocktail recipe thus far. Very disappointing.
That is my rant and following a frustrating night at watching the Canadians get humiliated it only help fuel my mood... IF I CAN'T RANT TO A BARTENDER, then there goes another reason for not drinking. Cheers!

The 4 Ingredient Challenge:
Rules: 1) Ingredients (alcohol, mixers, etc) need to be easily available. 2) Cocktail preparation methods need to be simple. 3) If using a specific brand please mention it in the recipe. 4) All recipes to be posted by Sunday May 12.
5) Remember, maximum 4 ingredients.
*** The winning cocktail will be added to the ChuChai cocktail menu plus a $50 gift certificate at ChuChai.
