Today marks 8 years since Ophelia came into my life. The lucky ones that have met her know how cute but grunchy she can be. Since she was a kitten, she’s being always taking care of me and I taking care of her. Ophelia saved me and I saved her. This quick illustration shows our nature, always cuddling and embracing each other.

Here is a short story of how it feels to migrate from your country. I miss my family, my food, my people every day but I choose this new life for me and my small family. Please always be kind 💕

For the past month I’ve been working on illustrating a book about the fear of flying and how anxiety plays an important role.

Creating art about anxiety when you have anxiety is a journey. Through this process, I’ve learned to translate emotions that are often intangible—like fear, restlessness, or the weight of overthinking—into visuals. I’ve discovered how powerful art can be in capturing what words sometimes can’t.

A very special thanks to for choosing me to illustrate this book and for capturing in such a nice empathic way the struggles of the fear of flying, anxiety and how to overcome it .
