Today’s coffee roast is a bean from 🇨🇷 Costa Rica. It hails from La Bendita farm in Tarrazu. Altitude 1500-1600M. Process is black honey and dried on raised beds for 12-15 days. I’m roasting 2 small batches using 2 different roasting profiles to see what the tasting differences will reveal. ————-If you are in the montreal area and would like to try them- please DM me. ————-Also note that if you have a coffee shop in Canada and are interested in the roaster you can DM me as well.
