Il y a 3 ans, j’ai pris une décision qui a changé ma vie. ✨

Un défi qui me dépasse.
Un défi qui m’élève. ⛰️

🏔️ UTHC 2026. On y va ensemble ? 🔥

Sobriety has given me clarity — and with it, the courage to face hard truths.

I’m letting go of spaces, habits, and versions of myself that once brought comfort, but no longer feel aligned.

This season feels quiet, unfamiliar, and sometimes lonely… but it feels honest.

Making space for a life that feels safe, grounded, and true — one step at a time.

Almost 20 years 💜

I really didn’t think someone could impact my life so much when I heard Just Dance back in 2007. My story with Lady Gaga is more than just being a fan and loving her music.

She touched me at moments where I was the most fragile. She gave me so much courage through life. I remember feeling so strong listening to her tracks and being able to find the courage within myself to do my coming out back in 2008.

It took many years after that to fully accept and embrance who I am. I get so much inspiration from her in the way of dressing up and playing with fashion. She allows me to be free and fully live myself.

Her message of love and acceptance is so strong. Everytime I go through a rough patch in life, I put her music on and it just keeps me going.

Last night was nothing short but magical. It was everything I was hoping for and more. I went through so many emotions and I’m so grateful for this experience.

To another 20 years 💕💕

Yesterday, I completed my first ever Olympic Duathlon in Magog 🥇

This was the first time I did a multisports challenge with transitions in between! The experience was so much fun and so rewarding!

Because of the extreme heat, they ended up cutting the distances of running a bit, which was a good decision in retrospective.

🏃‍♂️ I managed to complete the first portion of running 5,40km in 24:59 with a pace of 4,38min/km which was faster than what I planned.

🔁 I was a bit anxious about all the transition parts beforehand, but it ended up being so smooth! My transiions took around 1 min each!

🚴‍♀️ The biking segment was definitely my favourite and best part! I managed to complete the 40km in about 1:17:38 ! There was a lot of elevation gain there, including a veryyyy steep hill at about 11% ! There were many people walking next to their bikes because the effort of that hill was that extreme!

🏃‍♂️ I have to admit that the last running segment was really hard! Because of the extreme heat, my heart rate was 170-180bpm most of the time! I really could feel it towards the end! I still managed to complete the last 2,61km in 13:07 at a pace of 5,09min/km!

In the end, I’m very proud of this accomplishment! When I think that my first time running was only a year ago now, the progression has been rewarding! I really want to keep pushing myself in the sports area! It’s really becoming a passion of mine! Swimming is my next step 🏊‍♀️

Sexual assault is any unwanted sexual act or contact imposed on a person without their consent. It encompasses a range of behaviors, including unwanted touching, kissing, or pe*******on, and can involve physical force, coercion, or manipulation. In Canada, the Criminal Code defines sexual assault as any sexual act or contact without the consent of the other person.

Since I will be doing the , I was compelled to share for the very first time an intimate story that happened to me a little less than 2 years ago. I’m sharing this story to reclaim the narative and free myself of the intense shame and anxiety I felt afterwards. I’m convinced that shame is closely linked to trauma in some of our past experiences.

I’m also sharing my story to raise awareness about people living with HIV/AIDS highlighting the shame, mental toll and stigma they can experience especially when they discover they have contracted the virus.

This is why I feel so strongly about this cause and will be biking 600km from Toronto to Montreal to fundraise money for ! Any donations will help greatly! Link in bio ♥️🫶🏻

REACHING 2 FULL YEARS ALCOHOL FREE 🙌

June has been a very special month for me. In addition to celebrating my birthday and being pride month, I’ve also reached 2 full years of being alcohol free! The path has been quite the journey. There’s definitely been a lot of ups and downs.

But I’m starting to realize that what made me being able to keep my sobriety was to keep working on my mental health journey, especially regarding my q***r identity and also doing more sports.

That’s why I’m taking the decision today to officially to embark in the (Friends for Life Bike Rally) for the second year in a row! I’ll be completing 600km from Montreal to Toronto to raise money for people living with HIV.

Throughout the next month I will be sharing stories and outfit to fundraise money. That event last year was really therapeutic for me in the best way possible. In opened my eyes on so many matters regarding people living with HIV, and also made me more comfortable with my gay identitiy in a way! Also, I biked and camped in nature all week so I can tell you I was very happy ♥️

My donation link will be in bio so any donation will be hugely appreciated!! ♥️♥️

, and .a_ 24-hour marathon at

It took me quite some time to be able to reflect on what happened on March 30th, 2025 at STEREO Montreal. What I felt during that day was so powerful that I had to take some time to process all these positive emotions in the past few weeks.

There are some exceptional events that we all know will go down in the legend of STEREO Montreal once the dust has settled down. Hernan Cattaneo, Simply City and Hyunji-A 24-hour marathon was definitely one of these events we’ll all cherish and remember for the rest of our lives.

I think this event was even more emotional for me since it was my first 24-hour marathon completely sober. I remember feeling a bit anxious about it when I first learned about it last year. I really wasn’t sure I would be able to pull it off. You can imagine how happy I was that I managed to dance for a whole 16 hours once again completely sober - a new record.

I made sure to have enough sleep, food, electrolytes and even an airbnb nearby to take a quick break during the day. But I have to say - when you’re sober, the most important factor in a night to help you sustain your energy is definitely the music. And on that point, I couldn’t have asked for a better night.

Hernan played such a powerful set from the beginning to the end. The last time he was at STEREO was over a year ago, so I really could feel that he was blessing us with all this new music gathered during this period.

Once again, one of my favourite parts of the night was that massive 6-hour b3b that happened in the last part of the event. I was so happy and proud seeing my good friends Simply and Hyunji-A performing alongside Hernan Cattaneo. It just felt so right. Some of my favourite tracks of the night were played during that b3b including Danny Tenaglia - Music is the Answer (Montel Edit), and Juan Ibanez & Agustin Ficarra - Diggs.

Hernan himself told me at the end of the night that he felt that was one of the best nights ever played there and I couldn’t agree more.

Once again, the vibe was just amazing all night long. Friends arriving at all hours of the day.

What a dream ♥️♥️
