General cleaner position open

We have an opening available now, and we are looking for someone to start this week.
SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BECOME ELEGIBLE FOR THE POSITION.
The schedule is flexible, but ideally 5 days a week for s total of 40 hrs a week. Part time position OF 20hrs a week also available. The wage depends on experience and type of job , but it starts at a minimum of $16.50/hr and goes up to $22/hrs.

The areas where we work are: Downtown, Plateau, Mile-end, Outremont, and Parc Extension.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Montreal Property Solutions is looking for a cleaner to attend to several cleaning duties in residential and office buildings.

AREAS: Downtown, McGill Ghetto, Plateau, Mile-end, Outremont, Parc Ex. All buildings are easily accessed by public transport.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Clean interior and exterior common areas of residential buildings.

- Clean office buildings.

- Clean residential units in between tenants.

- Organize and keep inventory.

- Transport cleaning supplies.

- Attend to supply runs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Punctuality.

- English is a must, french is a plus.

- Having a smart phone.

- Being able take public transport is a must, having a car or Driving License is a plus.

- Experience in cleaning for a minimum of 6 months.

- Being eligible for criminal record check.

Hola, tenemos una oferta de trabajo para limpieza de nieve en edificios residenciales. El trabajo está en 5 propiedades del McGill Ghetto. El turno comienza todos los días que nieve a las 6:50 am.
NECESITAMOS COMENZAR ESTE MARTES.

Además de la limpieza de nieve, en ocasiones pediremos otro tipo de trabajos como limpieza de zonas comunes o ayudando a mover algunos muebles ligeros.

Necesitamos a alguien con:
- teléfono inteligente con cámara
- Buena actitud
- Orientado a la resolución de problemas
- Disponible para comenzar a las 6:45 am todos los días de caída de nieve
