Tuesday 6 am gang!
Since I joined the , my tuesday mornings can’t start any better!
It’s really hard for me to get out of bed at 5:15 am but then I remember how awesome is the feeling after that run!
Meeting the gang and running with them makes it even more exciting!
For the past 5 weeks (or more) we’ve been going every Tuesday; raff and pap wait for me at .ca (they are so cute 🥰) and I meet with them after the run 🏃🏻♀️
I want to start waking up earlier (gradually)and train first thing in the morning. Who in here is an early morning riser? If you are please share with me your routine in the comment section! 👇🏽

Le 6am Club!
I can’t be happier to be finally running in group, meeting new people and be part of a beautiful running community the 🌟
Today’s event was beyond amazing! We got to test the new oncloud and it was really cool!
They feel amazing as if you are truly running on clouds.
I got mine almost 3 years ago, they are retired which means I am getting new shoes soon 😆🌟
Thank you .with.nico for organizing this, it was a really fun experience!

I’m so excited that I got to wake up early today for a run. Last time, I did it I was still in Dubai 😅
Running with a group is something I missed a lot, and I’m so happy to meet this community and be part of it!

Speed session ✅
After all, it wasn’t that bad! We ended up doing:
2k warm up
4 x 150 m (100% sprint)
2k cool down
Sweet and efficient 💪🏽
What I love the most about the speed sessions:
- Variety : each session is different
- Stress release : the adrenaline and the speed make you release all the tension you may have
- Progress : each session you feel a progression, you get stronger and faster
- 💯 fun and deadly ☠️ haha
Speed sessions aren’t only fun but along with my home workouts, they helped me a loooot to become a better and faster runner.

Today is a perfect day to be happy, just like every single day!
Yes it’s Monday, and it should feel ugly, but each day should be celebrated!
Every morning I tell my self that “ Today is the best day of my life”
By the end of the day, it might not be the best but at least I tried and gave it a chance!
Remember, today is a perfect day to be happy, just like every single day!

Running when it’s raining is by far the best feeling ever 🤩 ☔️
Coming from Lebanon where the weather is amazing all year long, and living in Dubai for 4 years, I never really experienced running in winter or when it’s raining.
I used to skip a run when it rains, I always thought it was a solid excuse. But I didn’t know that I was actually missing more than just a training.
Running under the rain is just amazing! Specially when it’s not too cold and not windy, it’s perfect!
Of course make sure you are wearing the right running shoes and clothes (you want it to be waterproof so you don’t turn like a huge water balloon)
And most important thing is to shower as soon as you head home.

Lacking of Motivation? I have your back!!
Hey Beautiful People! It’s summer: the weather is amazing, and we all want to stay outside as much as we can. We want to walk streets, eat ice creams and lay down to tan or just chill out.
I understand that even a 30 mins workout sounds impossible when you can be going to the pool or enjoy drinks with your friends.
But here is what I do when I feel I’m not being able to stay on track with my workouts:
- I take it easy and cut my trainings in half. Instead of quitting or not training at all, I workout 3 times per week while usually I used to workout 6 days a week.
- I make sure to walk everyday and reach my daily steps.
- I enjoy eating outside a LOT! So I make sure to stay mindful and eat more fruits and veggies in summer.
- I explore the streets or commute, if I can, using a bike (it’s fun, fast and you don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot)
- I plan my workout/run during the day. When you have a time slot for it, you will less likely skip it !
- I don’t over stress! Remember, last thing you want is stress. So, if you couldn’t make it today, it’s okay!!! No stress, you will make it tomorrow, and if you aren’t being able to make it at ALL then I bet you are enjoying your summer so so much so this is the best excuse you can have : create memories for now and worry about scheduling your workouts later (maybe when summer is over)
