I can never get enough vining plants! Isn’t this Ivy beautiful? They add such a cool jungle vibe to a room! They thrive with bright indirect light and like well drained soil. They do like a little humidity so they will thank you if you mist them, add a water tray or even a humidifier.

Do you like the look of vining plants?

I usually have a hard time picking favourite plants, but this string of turtles is definitely one! This is one of the cutest plants as each leaf has a turtle shell design. It’s a type of succulent plant so it likes bright indirect sunlight and well-drained soil. This plant is a slow grower so it’s perfect for someone who has limited space!

Have you heard of this plant before?

It’s tiny plant Tuesday!!! This pitcher plant is one of the coolest plants in my opinion as it’s carnivorous! Don’t worry! They can’t eat you and they are actually pet friendly! It’s actually able to digest tiny insects in its pitchers where it receives most of its nutrients. I give it a couple insects from time to time since it’s inside and I don’t have any bugs that fly around in the house (like a killed spider from the house).

Happy Monstera Monday everyone🌿Here is another photo of when the amazing came to visit me! It’s so nice that Bubblegum and my cats give no attention to plants that are not pet-friendly. However, if your pet loves to chew everything, definitely stick to pet-safe plants or keep the plants out of reach, like in a hanging basket.

Peace lilies are such an amazing plant for beginners because they are so easy to care for! They are great air purifiers too! Their leaves actually droop when they need water so there is no need to guess! They’re also great for those parts of your house that don’t get enough light, but if you do give them more light, they’ll give you the most beautiful white flowers. Even without the flowers though, you get this beautiful deep green foliage!

Have you ever seen a peace Lilly in bloom?

Even though this Peperomia was one of the first plants I got years ago, it’s still one of my favourites. It’s so easy to care for and even pet friendly. I absolutely love the shape and variegation in the leaves!
