Iβm a former Certified Wilton Method Instructor and have conducted cake decorating classes at Michaels in Milton, Mississauga and Burlington, ON. I also have my PME Masters Certificate in Sugar Flowers, Rolled Fondant and Royal Icing. I won 1st place in the McCallβs 2015 Designer Cake Contest, my very first and only competition. COURSE 2 β THE ART OF ROYAL ICING
(Pre-requisite: Students must have completed Course 1).

Course runs for 4 weeks with (1) 2-2-1/2 hour session per week

COURSE 3 β THE ART OF FONDANT & GUM PASTE
(Pre-requisite: Students must have completed Course 1 or have experience with icing a cake smoothly with buttercream)

Course runs for 4 weeks with (1) 2-2-1/2 hour session per week
