A walkout takes you onto a wonderful deck where the views and breezes are second to none. The lower level include 2 bedrooms, a 3-piece bathroom and a family room (a perfect place to enjoy board games or a good book) and feature a walkout to one of the star attractions here, the hot tub! A set of stairs takes you down to the waterfront. the entry to the water is shallow and it remains shallow out to beyond the dock, making it a spot for toddlers and non-swimmers to enjoy. The local area offers shopping and history. A visit to the Wye Marsh Conservation Area is the choice of many. The towns of Penetanguishene and Midland are well known for their small town charm. Take in a concert at the Midland Cultural Centre (be sure to look for the Midland Murals), enjoy a round of golf at one of the local courses or take a boat ride with Miss Midland Cruises. On the other side of the lake, you will find Little Lake Park, a picturesque park with both natural and active settings. Waterfront
The entry to the water is shallow and it remains shallow out to beyond the dock, making it a great spot for toddlers and non-swimmers to enjoy. Entry is soft under foot and swimming shoes are recommended. Winter Notes
In winter the 1 Km access road is plowed by a private contractor when required, so for winter rentals good winter tires are highly recommended and 4WD would also be an advantage.
