My first ever Swiss meringue buttercream cake. I still can’t decide if I like Swiss or American better. Swiss is so smooth and silky but I love the sweetness in American. Also this was NOT my original idea. I was almost finished piping a bunch of different coloured rosettes and just as I was finishing my cake fell over!!! I was in tears, I had spent hours on this beauty. So I mixed up all the colours and it turned into this awful ugly green and changed the texture of my icing. So this is my fail cake. Good thing it was just a test run 😅 happy Friday.
