PASSED FRAMING INSPECTION!! This is always a good feeling for builders. It means we can move forward instead of taking a step back and finishing what needs to be done. Now, it’s time to shingle these roofs…

This large deck project is coming to a wraps. So much detail I’ll share on another post after completion. This deck and pavilion structure is wrapped using .
The ceiling will be finished in cedar with 8 lights, a central fan and a tv attached to a post.

Here’s the start of our largest project to date. 2 large decks, 2 large roofs. 4- sono tubes= 90 bags of concrete. No. We will not wait 2 weeks for a concrete truck. Haha

The start of a large project including: small deck and stairs down to a Stamped concrete pad, walk way and In-ground Fire Pit. We will be digging a French drain at the side of the house from the downspouts and the in-ground fireplace. The house and neighbours house will be surrounded with a steel fence. This is the start of the project.
