Mmm.. strawberry cheesecake icing! You'll want to eat this icing on waffles, with icecream, pancakes...by the spoon! Goes great with a medium pound cake!

Whew...down to the minute...just did my hardest, most time consuming doll cake! But, happy I finally got to do Frozen themed!

Fluffy White Icing
1 bottle (500ml) clear/white corn syrup
4 egg whites (no yolks)
1/2 tsp Cream Of Tarter Powder
2 tsp (10ml) Vanilla
-In a saucepan, bring the corn syrup to a light boil
-Meanwhile, in a glass or metal bowl set over simmering water, beat/whisk the egg whites with the Cream Of Tarter until it becomes frothy/foamy
-Then, beat in the corn syrup in a thin steady stream. Beat for about 4-6 min or until stiff peaks form (like Marshmallow Fluff)
--Remove from heat, then beat in the vanilla.
