After much consideration, due to rising costs of gas and supplies, I have decided I need to bump up my prices as well. Especially because I provide mobile services, and come to YOU, I need to charge a little extra to cover gas payments. Costs will only increase by $5 for now. I will change the price list to reflect this. Thank you for understanding.

Hi! Happy New Year! And Welcome to a few new people to my footcare page. You will probably notice I’m not very consistent at posting on this page but I am always checking my messages. Foot Care Tip #2: Prevention is key! Looking after your feet to prevent injury is so important. This is vital for everyone, but especially those that are Diabetic. (details in comments)

Foot Care Fact #1:

Wash your feet daily and dry well in between the toes. Finish with daily applications of moisturizer. My favorite is Footlogix Dry Skin Formula, which contains Urea, to hydrate skin prone to dryness. However, any moisturizer that contains Urea will help. This simple practice helps to reduce bacterial and fungal load and keep the skin’s integrity at its best. Your skin is the first line of defense against infections.
