Hello friends, I am sorry for not posting much. I have been tremendously painful these months due to stress. My muscles on my back upper torso, towards my neck and back of my head. Yes I did try massage but it caused me more pain. The massage person is totally booked all the time. I get tired easily and cramping. For cramps I take magnesium pills three times a day or whenever I start getting cramps.

Hello there, well to give you update on FoRD. First off, I have covid-19. My Rheumatologist called me September and let me know that there's no more medication to try. I have been a ginny pig trying different medications but September was my last. I am happy that I took the vaccine this saved my life, if I didn't get vaccinated I probably would've suffered and died alone.
Well an issue the Covid-19 vaccine, my opinion is that the CDC or WHO, get the vaccine. This organization worked hard or tirelessly to find an antidote to save our lives. This wasn't for nothing either and all the work put in place to protect the whole world. Yet, people are fighting the mandatory, stop ✋️ it. I want to express this, I am obeying law that was set by government because God has ordained it. I want you to know that there will be many gatherings like this, protests against government in the future.
So anyways, I smoke w**d and honestly it helps my joints and muscles Fibromyalgia. Does anyone get severe leg cramps beginning from the top leg and to my feet ? I usually get leg cramps on both my legs which last at least five minutes.
Getting back to w**d, I will have a smoke starting late afternoon and smoke whenever the THC/ CBD wears off. How about you? What medication are you on? Let me know?

Hello, I have stopped taking my arthritis medication called Xiejangs something like that. My hair has been coming out every shower I have. Before this I was on all sorts of arthritis medication. My arthritis specialist acknowledged to me about all that I have been on. What's next for medication?

Fibromyalgia, is crazy. It can attact you when your stressed out, get tired during the day, where it attacks me is my upper back torso, neck then your head, which causes a headache. I am sorry, have a rest, don't think about your issues but let them go.

Omg, I am sorry that I have been neglecting my story. I was going through other personal stuff. My dog was run over, it was difficult decision, I was searching for answers. But we had to surrender my dog.

I had a flare up with Fibromyalgia . I was in pain most of November and beginning of December I went to hospital because I couldn't cope anymore with the pain. I was suffering from insomnia and and some times I'm so tired to especially when I wake up, I feel like I didn't sleep at all. Heck, with the help with family doctor and Rheumatoid specialist I should have found something to help relieve pain but no. I have to accept this because I want to live life.
