2025 Big Rig Nationals

This weekend, St. Thomas will host the Big Rig Truck Nationals at the Sparta race track.

This year's show will pay tribute to a woman who dedicated much of her time to this event. Sadly, after last year's show, she passed away, and this year's team will assemble a tribute to Joanne Mackenzie on the track. Anyone who has ever met this amazing woman knew how much she cherished the Trucking for a Cure Convoy and wanted nothing more than to see its return. On Saturday, August 16th at 2 pm, come out and show your support for a woman who dedicated so much to supporting others. The team at St. Thomas Speedway will pause racing as drivers gather to drive down the track, paying tribute to Joanne Mackenzie.

In Honour of our beloved Joanne Mackenzie come out August 15&16 to Truck Nationals St. Thomas Dragway for a weekend of Big Rig Racing, an unbelievable Show and Shine and an all around great time with great people! This show has been Joanne’s pride and joy for years she poured her heart and soul into every aspect of it to create an amazing environment and incredible show for everyone young and old to enjoy, while raising funds and breast cancer awareness for the Canadian Cancer Society through Trucking for a cure!
So come on out and show your love and support and enjoy an amazing weekend💗
