I'm so thankful for all the love and support.
To feel so held and cared for through such a hard time has been life changing. Community, friends, family and strangers have been showing up in generous and loving ways.

My hope is to grow in my capacity to help others. But for the time being it's a lot of work to keep myself moving forward to rebuild life after the fire.

Some of the sweeter moments

We were fixing up our beautiful home and making a bit of room to grow. A challenging but rewarding summer of learning and working hard every day. Putting everything we had into it. One week away from moving back in and a fire has destroyed our home. Still processing 3 weeks later the incredible loss. Still processing the incredible gift to still be alive. To be held and loved by such a generous community. The list of if onlys and what ifs is unending. So important to stay grounded in the present.

Thanks everyone for the incredible love and support. There have been a lot of tears of grief and many tears of gratitude for your amazing help.

We are so incredibly grateful and lucky to be alive and held with such grace.
