Fall into fitness!
The kids are back at school, the weather is cooler. Its a great time to join me in my garage gym for the start of your new workout program.
I am a certified personal training specialist with a passion for fitness and nutrition offering private sessions in the Doon area of Kitchener.
Using a personal trainer can help to optimize workout time, ensure proper form and motivate you to push past your comfort zone.
As someone who fell in love with fitness over 25 years ago, I love helping people set their own health goals and designing an exercise program to fit their needs.
