Showing people some of the project/capabilities of what I offer and have done. Very strong in electrical, plumbing and overall home reno.

I am an engineering professional who is looking to do some contracting business outside of my everyday 9-5 job. I do some work helping neighbours and I am looking to expand the business. Some examples of my work are redoing our entire kitchen, building a 10 x 10 shed with power, adding an insulating sunroom with power, adding a bathroom in the basement (digging up concrete included). The photos show some good work over the years.

Did this over the holiday's. Added shelves to the laundry room to add storage and organize things. Had to move some electrical and also separated the dryer to its own circuit so had to add some circuit breakers to the panel.

One of the latest projects I am working on. Added a door to the sunroom to improve heating. Sealed and good to go. This does face the south so lots of sun.

Added vinyl flooring to the stairs along with changing out the original railing.

Added & updated the outside lighting. Added 4 x recessed lights to the soffet and tied into existing circuit. Had to fish the wire thru to tie them all in series.

Added a cement walkway to the driveway. The toughest part here was digging out the dirt to the proper depth. Added rebar and tied the whole thing into the house for stability.

And let's not forget the butlers pantry. Just like the kitchen, changed everything. Added tons of storage which was important. No more having stuff stored everywhere but in the kitchen.

The finished kitchen. Island and all. Key was to do it in small bits as opposed to tackling the whole thing at once. Included cabinets, plumbing with the new farmers sink, added electrical outlets (ethernet & USB ports also), paint, tiling and flooring. The only thing I paid someone to do was the counter-tops.

Further kitchen renos. Added a microwave and toaster oven shelf to create more room below.

Example of a kitchen reno. Ours actually. No cabinets before but added.
