What’s going on in the Waterloo Region Real Estate Market?

As you can see, prices are down for all property types on a year over year basis.

However, what this sort of statistic does not capture is how active the market is at the moment, particularly for freehold property.

Homes that are well priced to TODAY’S values and that are well maintained and well presented, are selling and selling fairly quickly - and multiple offers are not uncommon!

At the same time, there are many properties NOT selling as buyers are not willing to overpay.
